Severity one - Network outage

We are currently liaising with our upstream providers who have already been investigating internally to expedite a resolution. A further update will still be sent at 1pm. On behalf of the Webcity team I'd like to thank everyone for their understanding and kind messages that we have received so far, and assure you that we are working towards a solution without delay.

Our engineers are isolating the issue and are working on remediation now. Thank you for your patience and further updates will be provided as they become available.

Some hosting services will now be showing as back online - we are still working on resolving outstanding issues related to the outage and will provide more information as soon as we can. At this stage, we do not have a firm ETA yet for restoration of services, however an estimate will be that this is resolved this afternoon. Your understanding is appreciated during this time and apologise for the continued inconvenience caused due to this outage. We are working as fast as we can to restore normal service. As of this stage, Domain renewal, DNS and phone systems are still intermittent and should be considered as unavailable too. We will continue to keep you up to date and do our best to communicate our current status to you as time permits.

Once again I'd like to thank you all for your patience. Unfortunately at this point in time we do not have any further clarification on an ETA for restoration of services affected by this outage. You may see some intermittent restoration of services however we are still diligently working on full permanent restoration.

At this stage some the issue is still being resolved, and I understand that more substantial information regarding this outage is required. I am working now to get more up to date information and an ETA, and apologise for the lack of information thus far.
