Search Engine Marketing Terms and Conditions

Client authorises Webcity to allocate campaign funds within the budgets and targets provided.

Any increase in spend must be authorised in writing prior to Webcity implementing any budget changes.

Client is aware that some restrictions may apply to the performance of a campaign and that these restrictions are out of the control of Webcity. Restrictions include, but are not limited to the performance and workings of the search engines.

Client is aware that they are responsible for the correct implementation of all tracking tags and code provided by Webcity. Campaigns will not commence without the client’s assurance that this code has been implemented as instructed. No responsibility is taken for incorrect campaign management, or loss of data resulting from the incorrect implementation of tracking code.

Client is aware that additional costs may be incurred for requests made outside the service levels detailed in the plan chosen.

Webcity do not act on behalf of any search engine or third party. Liability is limited to services provided by Webcity as outlined in "How it Works". Webcity limits it's liability in the case of the service provided to the value of that service. The maximum liability of Webcity and it's service providers shall not exceed the amount of the price paid by you for those services.

From time to time, search engines make changes to their index and algorithms that may have an adverse affect on client campaigns. Whilst Webcity do everything they can to accommodate these changes, the client is aware that Webcity are not responsible for any drop in performance this may cause.

Client is aware that editorial guidelines change frequently. These changes may affect campaign performance. Webcity are not responsible for any change in performance this may cause.

All accounts must be kept in credit in order to maintain service. This includes search engine fees.

Webcity and it's representatives do not provide client details to third parties other than the search engines themselves. Details of client campaigns are kept completely confidential.

Client is aware that campaign set up fees are not refundable.
